VERNON, Conn. (AP) Three members of UConn's 2019 football team face charges stemming from a November burglary on campus.

Running back Khyon Gillespie and defensive backs Oneil Robinson and Ryan Carroll are accused of stealing about $5,000 worth of items, including a television, video game systems and clothes from a dorm on Nov. 23, according to arrest warrant affidavits.

The three sophomores face charges including burglary, larceny and making false statements. They did not immediately return email messages Tuesday seeking comment.

Gillespie and Robinson turned themselves in to police last week. Carroll was charged Tuesday.

Robinson and Carroll previously announced their intentions to transfer from UConn and are no longer members of the team. Gillespie has been suspended indefinitely from the program, the school said.

''We have been in communication with the appropriate parties and will continue to cooperate with the authorities throughout this process,'' spokesman Patrick McKenna said in a statement Tuesday.

All three are free on bond. Robinson has a court date scheduled for Feb. 25. Carroll is due to face a judge the next day. Gillespie's court appearance was postponed from Tuesday to March 2.
