Key College Hoops Strength Indicators |
With just about a month left until the start of this year’s College Hoops Tournament, the regular season is hitting its stretch drive. There’s usually no better time to take a look at the key team strength indicators, not only to get a feel for which teams will be there in March, but also to make some profits leading up to the madness.
Along with the Trends, Editorial Analysis, Sortable Stat Pages, and Team Reports that StatFox offers, we also have our very own sets of team strength indicators that can help you in your college hoops handicapping. Two of those strength indicators are our Power Ratings and Outplay Factor Ratings. Each can be used to create a theoretical game line when comparing teams and figuring in home court advantage points. Naturally, line value can be found when these calculations produce a number different from the actual spread.
Take a look at the current top 25 teams in both of StatFox’s key team strength indicators. For a full list detailing all Division-1A teams, click on the convenient links just below the top 25, then use these numbers on Saturday to jumpstart your College Basketball Handicapping. |
