Slowly but surely college football is creeping up, with players reporting for preseason practice in a few short weeks, all armed with hopes of a successful football campaign, based on whatever standards have been set at each university. Coaches after a long off season are fired up to put together teams, access talent and see what players worked hard to improve from spring practice.
